Manuscripts shall be submitted at the WOS2021 submission system. Abstracts cannot exceed the 200 characters (without spaces) and must address the entirety of the paper (Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results and Discussion and Conclusions). The deadline for abstract receipt is the 1st of December 2020 and the deadline for the full paper receipt is the 15th March 2021.
Authors are required to submit an abstract in order to present their research at WOS 2021. The peer-review evaluation will be concluded shortly after the receipt of the abstracts and authors will be notified within 1 month of the same.
Abstracts are the only compulsory texts for both oral and poster presentations.
All abstracts accepted for WOS2021 will be published in an electronic book with ISBN.
Full papers for special issues
After the notification of acceptance of the abstracts, and according the scheme presented below, the authors will be asked to submit the corresponding full papers in order to be eligible for being selected for one of the organised special issues at the announced scientific journals.
Please note that the submission of a full paper does not guarantee its publication. The first round for the selection of the papers will be carried out by the National Scientific Committee.
After this selection, full papers will be sent to the corresponding journals and go through a regular submission at those journals.
If full papers are accepted to be published in special issues, this publication will only take place in the post-conference period.
The selected journals for WOS2021 special issues include (at the time being) the following:
Abstracting and Indexing: DOAJ – Directory of Open Access Journals, Scopus, and Web of Science – Emerging Sources Citation Index
* the publication may include the need to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC)
